I think the best refreshment is a glass of ice water when you're hot.

It wouldn't be July if we didn't have more ice cream days.  Plain vanilla today.  Celebrate the simplicity and refreshment of vanilla ice cream.  It can be a palate cleanser in preparation for the hot fudge sundae coming on Saturday.
