It's International Stress Awareness Day

 After yesterday's election, not to mention this whole year, most of us are probably aware of the stress that surrounds us.  Check out healthline.com for 18 Terrific Foods to Help Relieve Stress.  (I didn't even recognize several of them.)  See if those soothing essential oils really work.  And remember, breathe.

Celebrating National Eating Healthy Day may help reduce stress but if that doesn't work, try celebrating National Candy Day!  Although, it's also National Skeptics Day and I don't think candy  will reduce stress in the long run.
