Happy Cinco de Mayo & National Hoagie Day & National Teacher's Day

Since it's Cinco de Mayo, it really is Taco Tuesday!  Just found this Taco Sloppy Joe recipe on Recipes That Crock.  It's made on the stove, not in the crockpot.

If you don't prefer tacos, have a hoagie to celebrate.

Be sure to thank a teacher, the ones working remotely with students and the ones working at home with their inmates.

Amanda said:  Today is National Hoagie Day, but since it is also Taco Tuesday and Cinco de Mayo, we are joining the Mexican state of Puebla and celebrating Zaragoza's unlikely victory at the Battle of Puebla in 1862 with a taco dinner. We created our hoagies and will build them with actual ingredients to enjoy eating this weekend
