It's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day

First let me make a correction to a typo on the calendar for August.  It is NOT National Picnic Month again; it is National PARKS Month.  Now, that's something that lends itself nicely to social distancing.  Spend some time in the great outdoors hiking or just walking, bird watching, exploring, enjoying nature.

Take some chocolate chip cookies with you to snack on.  Even though it isn't National Picnic Month, it is National Sandwich Month so take a sandwich to eat with your cookies.  Round out your non-picnic lunch with a peach and celebrate National Peach Month as you enjoy a National Park.
