Happy Good Samaritan Day & It's Friday the 13th

Fear of Friday the 13th has become so embedded in superstition that psychologists have made it an illness, calling people paraskevidekatriaphobes.  If you're going to claim it, you have to be able to pronounce it!  Don't curse Friday the 13th of any month of any year.  It's a day the Lord has made and we are to rejoice and be glad in it.

Be a Good Samaritan.  You've heard the same admonitions so many times:
Pay for the order of the person behind you
Compliment people
Let someone go ahead of you in line
Smile
In light of current circumstances worldwide, how about doing these:
Wash your hands
Keep your distance
Blow kisses (probably not to strangers though)
Elbow bump if you must
Don't share your drink
Don't fight people for toilet paper

Followers of Christ, remember God is our Provision and Protector.  We are covered in the blood of the Lamb just like the Israelites covered their doorposts so the angel of death would pass over them.  God protected the Israelites in the land of Goshen and the plagues that plundered Egypt didn't cross their borders.  That's the God we serve!  Don't let the enemy walk all over you.

Isaiah 26: 3-4  He will keep in perfect peace all those who trust in Him, whose thoughts turn often to the Lord!  Trust in the Lord God always, for in the Lord Jehovah is your everlasting strength.
