If you don't like cheese doodles, it's also National Frozen Food Month, National Peanut Month, and National Celery Month. You can be as healthy or non-healthy as you choose.
Personally, I do like cheese doodles - puffed, crunchy, baked, round. I think it's the cheese that's the draw. National Day Calendar has these recipe suggestions for cheese doodle embellishments: "crush them up and use them as breading for fried fish" (how about chicken or topping a casserole?); "top homemade mac and cheese with crushed cheese doodles for added crunchy flavor."
